Sec. 02: Westchester. Sat. 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Nov. 10-Dec. 15 (five sessions). No class Nov. 24.  

This advanced project management course helps project managers master the current PMI PMBOK® Guide, Sixth Edition global standard and to confidently prepare for the Project Management Institute’s PMP® exam to attain the industry recognized PMP®  Certification. Students learn to identify primary content areas and key project management concepts tested for on the PMP® examination. Topics covered include the project management knowledge areas, processes, and best practices, as well as project planning and execution. The principles of the PMBOK® are referenced throughout the course.
