Brendan Moore Trial Advocacy Center

The Brendan Moore Trial Advocates refine students’ ability to argue factual inferences, apply facts to legal problems, advocate persuasively, and understand and apply the rules of evidence. The teams consistently achieve great results against in national and regional mock trial competitions.

Dispute Resolution Society

Fordham’s Alternative Dispute Resolution program breeds creative thinkers, skilled in expertly resolving disputes outside the courtroom. Student teams from the program’s Dispute Resolution Society perform at high-level national and international competitions.

Moot Court

The cases argued in the Moot Court program may be simulated, but the success of the program’s team members is real. Participants sharpen their advocacy skills as writers and oralists.
