Faculty and Staff
To support Fordham’s mission to care for all people, the Gabelli School provides workshops for faculty and staff on diversity topics. Past sessions have included a presentation by EY executives Kenneth Bouyer and Karen Twaronite, MST ’95, and a seminar led by Mahzarin Banaji of Harvard University titled “Blindspot: The Hidden Biases of Good People." Faculty are also involved in research that focuses on issues of diversity and inclusion. Below is a selection of faculty publications in these areas.
