Accessing Your Billing Statement

Instructions for accessing your official billing statement on My.Fordham.

For Students

  1. Log in to your My.Fordham account.

  2. Go to the "Student" tab.

  3. Go to the "My Account Links" section (bottom of center column).

  4. Select "My E-Bill Suite".

  5. Once in your E-Bill suite, select "My Account", then select "Statements".

  6. In the "Current Statement" section, select the date of the statement from the drop-down menu, then next to the date select "View" (not "View all Account Activity") and your statement will open in a new window.

    *If the statement does not appear after you select "View", please make sure your web browser’s pop-up blocker is disabled then try again.

  7. Once you see the statement you can save it as a PDF, print it, etc.

For Parents

  1. As an authorized user, you must access the E-Bill Suite via the link you are sent to your email (you cannot access it through MyFordham). The subject line will be something similar to "New statement for your student".

  2. Once in your E-Bill suite, select "My Account", then select "Statements".

  3. In the "Current Statement" section, select the date of the statement from the drop-down menu, then next to the date select "View" (not "View all Account Activity") and your statement will open in a new window.

    *If the statement does not appear after you select "View", please make sure your web browser’s pop-up blocker is disabled then try again.

  4. Once you see the statement you can save it as a PDF, print it, etc.
