Canon Uniflow


The Canon Uniflow platform supports faculty and administration and is currently installed at all Lincoln Center locations and some Rose Hill locations. 

Faculty and staff are set up in Uniflow at the beginning of the academic year by their department administrators. Personnel not set up at the beginning of the year may request print privileges at any time during the year. Once an individual is set up in Uniflow they should direct their print jobs to Canon Secure Print. Secure print sends the job to the Uniflow database. 

Secure Print stores the job in Uniflow until the individual goes to a Canon MFD – logs in and requests the job be printed. Jobs not printed are cancelled by the system at the end of the day. Individuals may cancel their print jobs at any time prior to printing. The individual's account is charged only after the job is printed.

Print jobs created away from the Fordham network can be sent by email attachments to the Uniflow system by emailing from your Fordham email and then printed on campus after logging into the Uniflow system.

Department administrators can provide instructions for print, copy,  scan and fax and provide general help with using the Canon system. Fordham IT Customer Care can also provide support.


Pharos services are available to faculty on a request basis. Requests should be approved by department administrators and sent to the IT Customer Care for system updating.
