The Advanced Certificate in Public Opinion and Survey Research (ACPOSR) is earned by successfully completing a series of five courses, the majority of which are currently offered in the Elections and Campaign Management program.

The sequence of course offerings for the ACPOSR introduces the basics of survey research in the fall semester leading into the practicum in the spring semester. The quantitative methods course is a requirement for the data analysis course, and both the quantitative methods and polling courses are prerequisites for the practicum. Additionally, the data analysis course should be taken concurrently with, or prior to, the practicum.
