Service Interruptions

On Friday, December 13, 10:00 p.m., until Saturday, December 14, 3:00 a.m., Cisco will upgrade the WebEx platform. The system will be available during this upgrade.

The upgrade includes the following features:

  • An increase in video device participants from 25 to 200
  • All WebEx meeting participants will be visible to one another, regardless of the app or device they use to join the meeting.

On Friday, January 3, at 10:00 p.m. through Saturday, January 4, at 10:00 a.m., the following applications and services will not be available due to Banner maintenance:

  • Student registration
  • Class schedules
  • Transcript requests
  • Available courses
  • Online payments
  • DegreeWorks
  • Claiming an AccessIT ID
  • Reporting
  • Workflow

My.Fordham, Blackboard, Gmail, and other resources accessed via the portal will be available.

Our Blackboard Learn environment will be unavailable when it undergoes maintenance and upgrades, from Friday, January 3 at 10:00 p.m., until Saturday, January 4 at 2:00 p.m.  Please do not plan to use the system during this time.
