The Status Dashboard page shows a current view of the status of Fordham University's systems.
Emergency maintenance for Banner Workflow has been scheduled for Sunday, December 12, 10:30 p.m. - Monday, December 13, 9:00 a.m.
During the maintenance, the following services will not be available:
- Electronic Payment Requests (EPR)
- Grade Changes
- New Employee Hire Request
All other services access in Banner and the Portal will be available as usual.
Tech Help Page
The Tech Help page, located in the Portal at fordham.edu, will undergo maintenance on Tuesday, December 14, 3:00 - 5:00 a.m.
During this time, all services accessed from the Tech Help page will be unavailable. This includes requesting tech support and equipment, checking the status of a ticket, and submitting projects.
For those need of technical support during the maintenance period, please call 718-817-3999 and press "3" for after hours support. Full details about IT Customer Care's regular and after hours support can be found on our website.
An upgrade for Panopto, the University's cloud-based video and audio lecture capture service, will take place from Saturday, January 8, 9:00 p.m. to Sunday, January 9, 1:00 a.m.
During the upgrade, you will not be able to access videos on your Panopto site, and any attempts to upload from recording clients will result in a "Server unable to connect" message.
