McNally Amphitheater | 140 West 62nd Street | Lincoln Center Campus | New York City

Rapid technological change, evolving global labor markets, shifting regulatory regimes, generational differences and the emergence of different models of work raise important questions about what the future of work is going to look like. What challenges need to be overcome and what opportunities can companies leverage to attract, retain and enhance productivity and well-being of their work force?

The Gabelli School of Business Centennial Celebration Conference, co-hosted with PVH Corp. and EY at Fordham University’s Lincoln Center campus in midtown Manhattan, will explore emerging global trends that are shaping work and society, and uncover what companies, institutions of higher education and policy makers are doing to prepare for this future. The goal is to inspire collective action that preserves respect for human rights and promotes dignity and well-being for work in a sustainable world.
