GSAS Graduate Housing
Rose Hill Campus
The Office of Residential Life is pleased to offer graduate housing in University-operated apartments in Arthur 2 House, located at 2484-2488 Arthur Avenue, Bronx, NY. Due to the limited number of graduate housing spaces, only registered full-time students can be considered for housing. A graduate student pursuing a master’s degree may generally live in University Housing for no more than 2 years and doctoral students may live in University Housing for no more than 5 years.

Room configurations and rates are subject to change. Rates are for the 9 month (or 12 month) academic year and include utilities and membership to the Lombardi Fitness Center. These rates do not include the residence hall activity fee. A Meal plan is not required, but they are available to off-campus students. Move-in dates vary; please see Important Dates for more information.

Lincoln Center Campus
Graduate student housing for the Lincoln Center campus in midtown Manhattan is offered at Wilshire Plaza, 134 W 58th St, New York, New York 10019. Visit the Lincoln Center Graduate Housing website for details.
