While at Fordham, students must pursue a major in one of the following:
- 3-2 Physics/Eng. Physics Plan
- 3-2 Chemistry Plan
- 3-2 Math Plan
- 3-2 Math-Computer Science Plan
- 3-2 Computer Science Plan

Columbia majors
Upon a successful transfer to Columbia, students have the option to pursue one of the following engineering degrees. Those listed in bold are ABET accredited.
- Applied Mathematics (not allowed if one obtains a Fordham math degree)
- Applied Physics (not allowed if one obtains a Fordham physics or engineering physics degree)
- Biomedical Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
- Civil Engineering
- Computer Engineering
- Computer Science (not allowed if one obtains a Fordham CS or math-cis degree)
- Earth and Environmental Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Engineering Mechanics
- Industrial Engineering and Operations Research
- Materials Science and Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Operations Research: Engineering Management Systems or Financial Engineering
