June 4, 11, and 25, 2022 | 9:00AM - 1:00PM EDT

All sessions via Zoom. Session 3 has an optional in-person meeting

In our Summer Compliance Institute, you will learn from experienced compliance professionals about how corporate ethics and compliance programs can protect companies and other organizations from legal and reputational risks, as well as creating a culture of integrity that supports the organization’s long-term resilience.

Who is this for? This program is designed for lawyers and non-lawyers in the U.S. and beyond interested in learning the basics of corporate ethics and compliance.

Cost: $500 for the entire program or $200 each day. Participants who enroll in our graduate Program (MSL or LLM) in Corporate Compliance by the Fall 2023 term will have this amount applied to their tuition.

Certificate. Participants attending the full program will receive an electronic certificate of completion.

CLE is available for practicing attorneys in NY or NJ.

Optional in-person: The final session (June 25) will be offered in a hybrid format, provided a sufficient number of participants wish to join in person at our Lincoln Center campus. Those choosing to attend in person must abide by the Fordham University COVID-19 visitor policy, which includes being fully vaccinated plus a booster.
