Registration is open to high school students and recommended for rising high school juniors, seniors, and recent high school graduates. Tuition includes lunches and snacks.
 
Note: Per Fordham policy, all participants must be vaccinated and boosted against COVID19.

A career in sports is the "next big thing" for students who dream of making their mark off the field. The sports industry is a $400B+ market, and the career opportunities are impressive. This four day boot camp offers high school students and recent grads a chance to learn about the many facets of the business of sports, as well as a chance to network with - and be mentored by - industry leaders.

Fordham has partnered with the Sports Business Institute (SBI), an organization of distinguished leaders with a long track record of success working with students and aspiring career professionals to pursue a career in sports. SBI has produced education and professional development programs in partnership with industry leaders including the New York Yankees, NFL, NBA, PGA, USTA, MLS, the National Baseball Museum Hall of Fame, and the College Football Hall of Fame.

Guest Speakers and Contributing Organizations

ANC Sports: The world leader in sports venue signage and live event marketing,  ANC is a sports marketing and signage company based in Purchase, New York that provides signage, design, and marketing solutions to sports and entertainment including operation and maintenance; marketing consultation; graphic design; and printing production. Barry Wilner: A sportswriter for the Associated Press since 1976, he is the AP's national pro football writer and has covered every Super Bowl since 1987. Barry also has authored 67 books.

Richard Kent: A lawyer who represents basketball and lacrosse coaches, Kent is also a sports law professor and author of 11 books on a variety of sports.

Refund Policy: Students are eligible for a 100% tuition refund if they withdraw from the course before the official start date. If the course has already started, the students will receive a 50% refund if they withdraw before the second scheduled session. No refunds will be issued after the second session has met.
