International Initiatives

The Office of International Initiatives provides leadership, strategic vision and guidance on comprehensive globalization at Fordham University. We are dedicated to preparing our students for success by promoting global learning and mobility through cross-cultural collaborations among students, faculty and our partners nationally and internationally.

• We serve new students and scholars from other countries who wish to study or teach at Fordham University through the Office for International Services.
• We provide a challenging learning environment for those wishing to improve their English language skills for academic, business or social purposes through the Institute of American Language and Culture.
• We facilitate experiences for students and faculty abroad on programs of varying length and in six continents though the Office of International and Study Abroad Programs.
• We manage the development of new and continuing relationships through the development of international agreements.
