Technology Support

Standard Support is available:
 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Weekends, 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. 

*Please note, IT Service Desk is closed for these holidays: Thanksgiving day, Christmas day, New Year's Day and Easter Sunday

Two types of support are available: standard and extended. Standard Support is provided by IT staff and Extended Support is provided by a trusted and trained third party.

Standard support consists of answering live calls, providing walk-in service, dispatching support technicians, responding to emails, voicemails, and self-service requests, and is available as detailed above as our hours for Standard Support. There are minor exceptions to these hours, typically surrounding holidays, however, technicians will minimally monitor emails, self-service tickets, and voicemails during our Standard Support hours and will respond within 3 hours. This includes dispatching technicians for on-campus work as needed.

Extended support can be reached at the same number anytime Standard Support is not available by pressing 3 for “after hours” support when prompted. These technicians can solve most issues and can escalate urgent concerns to our standard support staff when needed.
