Lawrence Maisel

Adjunct Professor of Law

After graduating from Harvard College and Stanford Law School, Lawrence Maisel was an associate and then partner at the law firm of Arnold & Porter in Washington DC. Professor Maisel next spent 18 years in Paris where he was a partner at the firm of Salans, Hertzeld & Heilbronn (now part of Dentons).

Professor Maisel then joined Chanel where he was Global General Counsel and then Global Chief Legal Officer in Chanel's New York and then London headquarters. Maisel and his wife live in Manhattan and have a son - also a lawyer - daughter-in-law and granddaughter living in Brooklyn.
