• Credential Advancement: Successful completion of intensive courses can be directly applied toward earning a respected Fordham Professional Certificate. 
• Faculty: Intensive courses are taught by accomplished professionals from across the real estate and construction industries. All are members of the Fordham Real Estate Institute graduate and noncredit program faculty.
• Location: In-person classes meet at the convenient Fordham University Lincoln Center campus one block west of NYC Columbus Circle and Central Park.
