Mahadeva (Matt) Mani
Matt Mani is a principal with PwC US and serves as a partner within PwC’s Strategy &, which is based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. With almost 30 years of industry and consulting experience, Mani is the global co-leader of PwC’s transformation platform business.
As a senior client partner and thought leader, Mani specializes in advising organizations and their leadership teams on business model transformation, productivity, and growth. He works with organizations across industries, including the consumer goods, retail, technology, healthcare, life sciences, industrial manufacturing, and aerospace and defense sectors.
He is the co-author of "Beyond Digital: How Great Leaders Transform Their Organizations and Shape the Future," published by Harvard Business Review Press. He also has co-authored multiple articles on value creation and business transformation in Harvard Business Review and strategy+business, including “Reinventing Your Leadership Team,” “Digitizing Isn’t the Same as Digital Transformation,” “6 Leadership Paradoxes for the Post-Pandemic Era,” and “How to Engender a Performance Culture.”
Prior to joining Strategy&, Mani served in multiple roles in the telecom and technology industry, where he was responsible for achieving significant revenue growth.
Mani holds a master’s degree in international public policy from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies in Washington, D.C., and a B.S./B.A. in marketing and finance from American University in Washington, D.C.
