First-Year Diversity Scholars Program

Companies including EY, Goldman Sachs, PwC, KPMG, and American Express introduce high-performing undergraduate students who identify as Black, Hispanic, or Native American to career opportunities. The program provides leadership skills and direct contact with Fortune 500 companies.

• 50+ student scholars have benefited from this program.
• The program allows for multiple industry collaborators based on a range of modular participation opportunities, including offering on-site visits, providing workshop panelists, mentoring, providing operational funding, and more.
• Program sessions have included a range of topics from career discernment, crafting a persuasive story, and interview preparation, to young alumni panels covering various roles in investment banking, sales and trading, marketing, and accounting.
