School Psychology Requirements

Degree: Advanced Certificate

• Minimum 3.0 undergraduate GPA
• Application
• Personal Statement
• C.V. or Resume
• Official transcripts of all undergraduate and graduate coursework
• Two Letters of Recommendation
• $70 Application Fee

Applicants must also:

• possess a baccalaureate or a master's degree from an accredited college or university with a suitable foundation in the behavioral sciences;
• show evidence of a high degree of emotional maturity as indicated by both the student's record and by an interview with school psychology faculty; and
• demonstrate competency in both English and a second language through either a license as a bilingual teacher or a successful rating on a written test of dual language proficiency.
