LL.M. Legal Writing Program

Designed for foreign-trained LLM students, this required 2-credit course provides an introduction to basic principles of American legal writing and research. Students review American research techniques and prepare documents such as memoranda, contracts, and client letters. The course is taught by experienced adjunct practitioners and meets in sections no larger than 15 students. Enrollment in the course is determined by the LLM Program.
