Charles E. Wyzanski Jr.: Nuremberg--A Fair Trial? Dangerous Precedent, The Atlantic Monthly, April 1946 [At The Atlantic, subscription required]
Wyzanski voiced concerns about the hazards of attempting to administer international justice in a vacuum. After the trial had run its course, he wrote Nuremberg in Retrospect, The Atlantic Monthly, December 1946 on the exemplary manner in which the trial had been conducted.
