He currently teaches the assessment and diagnosis course, the clinical seminar, a brief course in competent writing, and is an advisor with second-year students. For several years, he has worked with Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York City to coordinate the GSS side of their Mentoring Supervisor Certificate Program. His main area of interest is the challenges and resilience of boys who grow up without fathers. He has written an article entitled The Fatherbook, which can be used in both clinical and youth-development settings with these youngsters.
