NYS/NYC Professional Development Resource Center for Religious and Independent Schools

The Professional Development Resource Center (PDRC) for Religious and Independent Schools offers administrators and teachers access to the many benefits of in-person and virtual learning opportunities that are aligned to Fordham’s standards for rigorous academic endeavors, reflective pedagogy, and a commitment to social justice, personal responsibility, and equity for all learners.

It provides:

  • Current, interactive, and personalized opportunities to learn instructional practices that educate the whole child, from Pre-K to adolescence, and help them master challenging academic content, develop social responsibility, and foster intercultural communication.
  • Chat & Network events: School and organizational leaders have the opportunity to meet monthly to share successes and challenges, and to problem-solve immediate and long-term concerns while building a professional community among non-public school educators.
