GSE Alumni Award Nominations
The Fordham Graduate School of Education will be recognizing four outstanding alumni and faculty for their significant achievements at our fourth annual reunion party on June 12, 2019, at Lincoln Center. We are asking for your help in nominating individuals for the Lifetime Achievement Award, Education Leadership Award, Civic Leadership Award, and Young Rising Star Award.
From your recommendations, which can include a self-nomination, we will select nominees who best meet the criteria for each award. We ask that you respond by April 5, 2019.

Lifetime Achievement Award
This award recognizes contributions made by a member of the alumni or faculty over the whole of their career, rather than single contributions. It honors an individual who has provided outstanding service, achieved significant accomplishments, or dedicated themselves to the principles of a Jesuit education and cura personalis.
Education Leadership Award
This award recognizes a member of the alumni who has made a significant impact in the field and practice of education. It will be given to an individual who displays innovative and visionary leadership.
Civic Leadership Award
This award will be given to a member of the alumni who is committed to improving communities and the world around them. The individual will have found ways to positively impact individuals and organizations that contribute to the common good of a community.
Young Rising Star Award
This award will be presented to a member of the alumni who graduated from the GSE in the most recent five years. The individual should be nominated for outstanding achievements as an early-career professional that can be in a number of categories, including professional practice, leadership, research, service to the field, innovations in their chosen profession, or an integration of several aspects of excellence.
