This year Fordham University’s Graduate School of Arts and Sciences (GSAS) is proud to celebrate our 100th anniversary!

Established in 1916, GSAS is commemorating our centennial by opening the archives and showcasing our distinguished history and the notable achievements of our faculty, alumni, and current students.

Centennial and Dodransbicentennial Anniversaries — Fordham’s Two 2016 Celebrations

In addition to the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences’ 100th anniversary, 2016 also marked the 175th anniversary—or dodransbicentennial—of Fordham University, established as St. John’s College in 1841.
