Payment Explanation
Graduate Assistant, Teaching Fellow, and Senior Teaching Fellow payments are processed in the HRIS system on a per-semester basis, totaling 20 installments. Payments will begin on August 21, 2026, for the bi-weekly pay period beginning on 8/8/2026 - 8/21/2026. The 9 month assignment payroll period ends with the May 14, 2027, payroll period. Consult your assignment letter for more information on your specific assignment and associated compensation.
Students appointed as a GA or TF for the fall 2026 semester only will receive their final paycheck on December 25, 2026.
Students appointed as a GA or TF for the spring 2027 semester only will receive their first paycheck on January 8, 2027.
