Payment Explanation
Graduate Assistant, Teaching Fellow, and Senior Teaching Fellow payments are processed in the HRIS system on a per-semester basis, totaling 21 installments. Payments will begin with the August 8, 2025, payroll period and end with the May 15, 2026, payroll period. Note that the first payment will cover one week only. The first payment reflects a one-week period because the assignment begins in the middle of a payroll cycle. All subsequent payments will cover two weeks.
Students appointed as a GA or TF for the fall 2025 semester only will receive their final paycheck on December 26, 2025. This payment will cover one week only.
Students appointed as a GA or TF for the spring 2026 semester only will receive their first paycheck on December 26, 2025.
