Reporting an Incident to the University
To file a report of sexual assault, stalking, domestic violence, dating violence, or other prohibited sexual misconduct with the University, please call one of the offices below.

Supervisors are former police officers who have prior experience working with victims of all crimes.
Alternatively, you can fill out the Public Safety Online Incident Report or the Public Safety Online Incident Report while Traveling Abroad. Only report incidents through these forms that do not require an immediate response from the Department of Public Safety, the NYPD or other Emergency Responders. Please note, these forms require using your Fordham Access IT ID and you must log in to my.fordham.edu to access the forms.

Reporting an Incident to Law Enforcement
You can choose to report an incident to law enforcement instead of or in addition to reporting with the University. The Department of Public Safety can assist you in filing a report with law enforcement if you choose to do so.
