Meet the Staff
A dedicated staff of full-time Fordham employees and an army of student orientation coordinators, captains, leaders, and assistants help guide new students through the orientation experience, leading small groups, and helping them get to know the campus.

Senior Associate Director for Student Formation
AJ Coppotelli serves as the Senior Associate Director for Student Formation in the Office for Student Involvement at the Rose Hill campus. AJ works with various formation programs including New Student Orientation, First Year Formation seminars, and Senior programs.

The Rose Hill Orientation Coordinators are undergraduate student leaders and paid interns, who are tasked with developing Orientation Programs and training a team of over 250 Orientation Captains, Leaders, and Assistants.
