Leadership Initiatives Committee

 

Join the Leadership Initiatives Committee and help bring Leadership Weekend and the Fordham University Emerging Leaders (FUEL) Program to life! Collaborate with the Assistant Director for Student Leadership and Engagement in the Office for Student Involvement to build your skills in event planning, marketing, and mentorship while making a lasting impact on our campus community. To be eligible, applicants must be in good academic and disciplinary standing.

 

There are seven positions to choose from:

Marketing & Brand Chair

Bring our programs to life! The Marketing & Brand Chair leads creative outreach for Leadership Weekend and the FUEL Program—designing visuals, managing social media, and promoting opportunities that inspire campus involvement.

Recruitment & Assessment Chair

Help us find the next generation of leaders! The Recruitment & Assessment Chair drives participant outreach, oversees applications, and gathers feedback to strengthen and grow our leadership programs.

Logistics & Operations Chair

Be the organizer behind the magic! The Logistics & Operations Chair manages supplies, schedules, and setup for all events and programs, making sure everything happens seamlessly behind the scenes.

Mentorship Chair

Empower students through connection! The Mentorship Chair leads mentorship initiatives by pairing mentors and mentees, organizing networking opportunities, and fostering meaningful personal and professional growth.

Special Events Chair

Plan experiences that make an impact! The Special Events Chair coordinates Leadership Weekend and other signature events—managing logistics, brainstorming ideas, and ensuring every detail runs smoothly.

FUEL Co-Chair: Programs & Planning

Shape the future of the FUEL Program! This Co-Chair focuses on developing session content, collaborating with facilitators, and ensuring the program delivers engaging, high-impact leadership experiences.

FUEL Co-Chair: Engagement & Operations

Keep FUEL running strong! This Co-Chair focuses on participant communication, logistics, and engagement—ensuring every session runs smoothly and participants feel supported throughout their leadership journey.

 

Applications for the Leadership Initiatives Committee have been sent out to all Rose Hill Undergraduate Students at this time and are due on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at 12PM.
