Student Health Portal

Our Student Health Portal may be found on your my.fordham.edu login under the My Apps link.

Within the portal you'll have access to:

• Upload your medical information, immunization records, and insurance cards
• Complete your medical history forms
• Secure message your provider
• Schedule appointments
• View your discharge encounter summary, laboratory results, and educational materials regarding your illness.

Students are encouraged to make appointments in advance. Our electronic medical records (EMR) system is able to create Zoom appointments to meet the needs of students while trying to maintain social distancing and limiting face-to-face contact recommended by the CDC and DOH.
