We’re creating a community of compassionate and highly capable lawyers who have a larger goal in mind: to make a difference for our profession, society, and world.
The Big Idea with Fordham Law School
Fordham Law professors share the big ideas that drive their work.
We asked eight members of our faculty about the big ideas that drive their work, how these ideas can be used in our society today, and how legal scholarship can make a real impact.
The topics are wide-ranging and include frontline workers’ rights; privacy and crime control; rethinking mutual fund voting; modernizing the constitution; the complexities of bias; the regulation of global trade and its relationship to migration; the changing power dynamic between cities and states; and the impact of inequalities in the nonprofit sector.
