Family Weekend Kickoff & Campus Showcase | 140W Garden Lounge | 3:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.

Drop in anytime for this casual, come-and-go kickoff to Family Weekend! University staff will be on hand to welcome you, answer questions, and share information about the University, our neighborhood, and great local dining spots. Enjoy engaging games and connect with a variety of campus departments showcasing their programs and resources. Light refreshments will be available. If you have physical tickets to pick up, you can do so here. Admission is free, but advance registration is needed. Reserve your ticket today!

Begin your weekend by joining families from both campuses for a night of fun at 5 Iron Golf! Spend the evening in a private section of this NYC venue featuring golf simulators where you can play courses from around the world; mini bowling lanes; digital dart boards. Finger foods & soft drinks are included.

Lincoln Center CAB Bingo Night | 140W G76 | 6:30 pm-8:30pm

Lincoln Center’s Campus Activities Board is hosting a night of fun with a themed bingo! Come test your luck and try to win some awesome prizes. Light bites will be provided. Admission is free, but advance registration is needed. Reserve your ticket today!

Saturday, October 24

Check-In for Family Weekend | Lowenstein Plaza Level | Time 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Stop by our check-in table to pick up your event tickets (if applicable). University staff will be on hand to answer your questions and provide information about the weekend of events.

Jazz Breakfast with President Tetlow | Lowenstein 12th Floor Lounge | Time 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

Tickets: $30 per adult or college student, $20 per child 12 or younger

Join President Tetlow for this opportunity to mingle with Fordham families over a delicious breakfast. Members of Fordham's own Jazz Ensemble will be on hand to provide some musical entertainment.

Fordham University Football Game | Jack Coffey Field at the Rose Hill Campus |

Game Tickets can be purchased here.

Transportation will depart from LC at 11:30 a.m. after the Jazz Breakfast for families who purchase bus tickets. Bus tickets must be purchased separately if you would like to travel on the bus to Rose Hill.

Kickoff at 1:00 p.m.

* Note : Families who attend the Fordham Football Game will not be available to join in the other Saturday afternoon events.

Tickets: $10 per adult or student

Lincoln Center will be providing families and students with round-trip bus transportation at a cost of $10 per person. Buses will depart from Lincoln Center at 11:30 a.m. Return buses will depart the Rose Hill campus at 4:30 and 5:00 pm.

If you wish to use alternative transportation, please find a list of useful information below.

Subway ($2.90 one-way) - The Rose Hill Campus is accessible by both the D train and the 4 train at Fordham Road. If you are interested in commuting via train, please find more information below about purchasing a MetroCard.
MetroNorth ($7.50 one-way off-peak) - Take the Harlem Line from Grand Central to the Fordham stop and you will exit on the Southwest corner of the Rose Hill Campus. If you are traveling between Manhattan and the Bronx, purchasing a CityTicket for $5.25 may be a reduced cost option.
Ram Van service ($3.50 one-way). Please note Ram Van service will be extremely limited the day of the Football Game.
Parking at Rose Hill ($25 per car) - Due to the Rose Hill Family Weekend, parking will be limited on the Rose Hill campus. We do recommend considering another transportation option. If you wish to drive to the Football Game, please arrive as early as possible as the Rose Hill Family Weekend events begin at 9 a.m.

The events below that occur on Saturday afternoon are open to families who are not attending the Football Game at Rose Hill.

Madison Square Garden Tour | 4 Pennsylvania Plaza

SOLD OUT: Landmarks of NYC Gilded Age Walking Tour | 1:00 p.m.

Join Fordham Alum, author, photographer and creator of the Landmarks of New York Instagram account, Tommy Silk, for a tour focused on the Upper East Side’s gilded past. Upper Fifth Avenue is where the Gilded Age hit its peak and then fizzled out. Come enjoy a stroll from the Plaza to Museum mile to see the last remaining monuments to the Titans of New York.

Approximate Time: 2:30; Distance: 2 Miles

Tour begins at the Sherman Statue outside of the Plaza and wraps up at the Neue Gallery on 86th Street. Tours are given rain or shine.

Join families from both Rose Hill and Lincoln Center to meet at the top of the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere and enjoy dramatic views of New York you can't get anywhere else! Take in the sights and energy of New York from 100 stories above the city that never sleeps. Families who purchased tickets for the 9/11 Memorial Museum can also choose to purchase tickets to the One World Observatory if they would like to explore both opportunities, since they are in close proximity.

Join families from both Rose Hill and Lincoln Center to the 9/11 Memorial Museum, which serves as the country's principal institution concerned with exploring the implications of the events of 9/11, documenting the impact of those events and exploring 9/11's continuing significance. Families who purchased tickets for the One World Observatory can also choose to purchase tickets to the 9/11 Memorial Museum if they would like to explore both opportunities, since they are in close proximity.

Mercurial Son - Choreographer Kyle Abraham’s first work for American Ballet Theatre, premiered in 2024 to resounding success and returns to the David H. Koch Theater this Fall. Driven by an electronic score and propelled by swift, intricately layered movement, Mercurial Son is a striking contribution to the Company’s contemporary repertory. Company.

Ballet Imperial - George Balanchine’s Ballet Imperial pays homage to the sweeping scale and ceremonial elegance of classical Russian ballet. Set to Tchaikovsky’s Piano Concerto No. 2, the ballet evokes the splendor of the Imperial era while revealing Balanchine’s signature neoclassical brilliance. One Fordham: Broadway Shows

Transportation

Throughout your weekend, you can use public transportation for your family to see all the city has to offer. The subway station closest to Fordham LC is the 59th Street Columbus Circle station a block away from campus. The A, C, B, D and 1 trains stop there. The M11 bus stops right in front of campus. The MTA subway system makes it easy to get around the city. Your family can purchase a MetroCard at any station. OMNY is the MTA’s new fare payment system. With OMNY, you can use your own contactless card or smart device to make fare payments and enter the system.

Tickets to Lincoln Center Family Weekend are for the most part non-refundable. Outdoor events occur rain or shine. Refunds will not be provided based on weather.
