Fall 2026 Orientation Staff

Dr. Juan Carlos Matos, Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs

Nathan Faust, M.A., Assistant Dean for Student Sexual Misconduct Prevention, Education, & Conduct Resolution

Dr. Matos and Dean Faust are the planning and operational leaders for Fordham's Orientation Programs for Fall 2026 in conjunction with professional staff from the Office of Student Involvement and student leaders.

Assistant Dean for Student Involvement

Catharine McGlade, Ed.D serves as the Assistant Dean in the Office for Student Involvement at the Rose Hill campus. Dean McGlade oversees various formation programs within the office including New Student Orientation, First Year Formation Seminars, and Senior programs.

The Rose Hill Orientation Coordinators are undergraduate student leaders and paid interns, who are tasked with developing Orientation Programs and training a team of over 250 Orientation Captains, Leaders, and Assistants.
