- Converted triples have two beds that are bunked, and one that is lofted. These rooms come with three computer desks, three dresses and two large closets.
The mattress and bed frame are twin XL. The clearance height under the bed is approximately 2 ft.
Hard-wired Internet access and cable television are available for each student in their bedroom, in addition to wireless connectivity throughout the hall.

Born and raised in the Bronx, New York, Elvira (they/them/theirs) has been a Resident Director at Fordham University since October 2025. Before joining Fordham, they spent three years as an Area Coordinator, guiding residential communities and promoting student engagement and personal growth. Elvira earned a Bachelor of Arts in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Forensic Psychology at Monroe University. Their professional interests center on mental health, substance misuse advocacy, and empowering students through a holistic perspective that recognizes the connection between personal well-being, academic success, and community. In their free time, Elvira enjoys spending time with their siblings and husband, traveling, watching films, cosplaying, and playing Dungeons & Dragons with friends.
Housing rates for the 2026-2027 academic year
Rates are for the nine-month academic year and include all utilities, cable television, telephone service, laundry, and membership to the Lombardi Fitness Center. These rates do not include the residence hall activity fee. Room configurations and rates are subject to change.
All residents in this dormitory are required to have a meal plan.
