Home to graduate students at Rose Hill, Arthur II is a short two-block walk from the university's campus.

Arthur II  is located at 2484 - 2488 Arthur Avenue in the Belmont neighborhood of the Bronx. Arthur 2 graduate residents have the opportunity to experience living in the urban environment with all the benefits of on-campus housing.

  • We take pride in our ability to offer a variety of university housing options. Arthur House accommodates seven students across each of its eight apartments. Arthur II graduate resident rooms are single rooms only.

Arthur II Graduate Housing

For students that would like to live in Graduate Housing in Fordham's Arthur House II off-campus housing structure, please fill out our graduate housing form.

  • Off-campus houses are staffed by a Resident Director and Resident Assistants and are maintained by the University. The Belmont Community Housing program offers similar services and benefits as those offered within the on-campus housing program, coupled with the independence of off-campus living.

    Getting to your off-campus residence at night is made extremely safe through the Late Night Shuttle Service, offered by the Security Department. Available every night from 10 p.m. until 5 a.m., this service is free for all Fordham students, faculty, and staff.

    Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Steve Lawrence is a dedicated leader passionate about service, leadership, and professional growth. He has served as the Resident Director of Belmont Community Housing for the past four years. Steve earned his bachelor's degree in Global Studies and Political Science from Providence College, where he served as a Resident Assistant and held several student leadership positions. He is currently pursuing a master's degree in Corporate Compliance at Fordham University while preparing for a career in compliance and the legal profession.

Housing rates for the 2026-2027 academic year

Rates include utilities and membership to the Lombardi Fitness Center. These rates do not include the residence hall activity fee. Room configurations and rates are subject to change.

Residents of Belmont Community Housing must set up and pay for their own Internet, cable, and telephone connections. No laundry services are provided within all of these buildings.

Meal plans are not required but are available to Arthur House II residents. The lively Belmont neighborhood, home to some of New York City's best Italian restaurants, bakeries, and markets, offers plenty of dining and grocery options right outside your door.
