Living in Campbell, Salice, and Conley Halls, you are part of a residential college community designed to help you transition from undergraduate life into the world beyond Fordham — with the support, resources, and community to make it happen.
In the spirit of Fordham's mission to cultivate moral leaders for a global society, these three halls house 450 upperclassmen — primarily juniors and seniors — in fully furnished apartments with modern amenities and a focus on personal and professional growth.
What's in my room?
Campbell, Salice, and Conley Halls, are apartments that are designed to house four students (either in four single or two double rooms), five students (in five single rooms), or six students (in three double rooms). Over half of the rooms are single occupancy.

Mattresses are sized 36 x 76 inches with up to 26 inches of storage space beneath each bed.
Hard-wired Internet access and cable television are available for each student in their bedroom, in addition to wireless connectivity throughout the hall.

Upperclassmen Integrated Learning Communities
In the spirit of Fordham’s mission to cultivate moral leaders for a global society, the Residential Colleges of Campbell, Salice and Conley Halls are designed to meet the unique needs of our senior and junior class students as they develop the transitional skills needed for life after undergraduate education. Recognizing our dynamic and changing world, we seek to provide opportunities for enrichment with a focus on experiential education, personal growth, and professional fulfillment. Residents should expect to be active participants in a variety of programs and activities intended to enhance their personal and professional development.
Through a collaboration of students, faculty, and administrators, the residential colleges provide transitions programming built around three themes:

In addition, Campbell, Salice, and Conley Halls offers
- career and post-graduate workshops
- satellite office hours by Career Services
- networking opportunities with alumni and industry professionals
- senior transitions programs in partnership with the Office of Student Leadership and Community Development.

Campbell, Salice, and Conley Halls offer 24-hour security for your personal safety. The buildings also have a comprehensive fire-safety system, including sprinklers and control panel with a public address system.

A Connecticut native, Shanale Cordero brings warmth, energy, and a student-centered approach to her role as a Resident Director at Fordham University. Shanale earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut and her master’s degree from Florida International University in sunny Miami, Florida. Her experience supporting students at several institutions has strengthened her commitment to building residential communities where students feel welcomed, connected, and empowered to grow. As a first-generation college graduate and a bilingual Spanish speaker, she is especially passionate about fostering a sense of belonging and helping students feel at home throughout their college experience.
Housing rates for the 2026-2027 academic year
Rates are for the nine-month academic year and include all utilities, cable television, telephone service, laundry, and membership to the Lombardi Fitness Center. These rates do not include the residence hall activity fee. Room configurations and rates are subject to change.
Meal plans are not required.
