Opened in 1987, Loschert Hall accommodates 240 first-year and limited upperclassmen students in double and triple bedrooms across four stories of corridor living.

- Converted triples have two beds that are bunked, and one that is lofted. These rooms come with three computer desks, three dresses and two large closets.
The mattress and bed frame are twin XL. The clearance height under the bed is approximately 2 ft.
Hard-wired Internet access and cable television are available for each student in their bedroom, in addition to wireless connectivity throughout the hall.

[email protected]Emma Kakaley has been a Resident Director in the Office of Residential Life at Fordham University since October 2025, overseeing Loschert Hall, a first-year residence hall, and working to create a welcoming, inclusive, and engaging community for new students. Originally from Millville, PA, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Lebanon Valley College and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Data Science and Quantitative Economics at Fordham University. Emma enjoys building meaningful connections with students and supporting their growth throughout their college experience. In her free time, she loves traveling, watching movies, reading, and time with friends.
Housing rates for the 2026-2027 academic year
Rates are for the nine-month academic year and include all utilities, cable television, telephone service, laundry, and membership to the Lombardi Fitness Center. These rates do not include the residence hall activity fee. Room configurations and rates are subject to change.
All residents in this dormitory are required to have a meal plan.
