Jessica Ballou, Psy.D.
Associate Director of Residential Life for Substance Abuse Prevention and Mental Health
Dr. Ballou is a skilled administrator and psychologist with extensive training and experience in the areas of clinical counseling and substance abuse education and treatment. Dr. Ballou manages the Substance Abuse Prevention program for the Rose Hill campus, as well as the Mental Health and Medical-Related Re-Entry Process and counseling intervention and referral for resident and commuter students.
Kimberly Chong, MPH, CHES
Substance Abuse Prevention Specialist
Kimberly Chong earned her Master's in Public Health from the University at Albany with a concentration in Public Health Practice. Her research focuses on the prevention of alcohol and other drug use among college students. As a health educator, Ms. Chong has experience in program planning and evaluation, assessment, delivering training sessions, and lecturing at the college level. She works directly with students, providing individual and group interventions, and teaches substance abuse education classes.
