Fordham uses United Parcel Service (UPS) for all our next-day mailings.
UPS Campus Ship is a web-based, centralized shipping solution designed to help organizations, particularly those with multiple departments and locations like a university, manage their shipping needs. It serves as a unified platform that simplifies and streamlines the entire shipping process for faculty and staff.
Purchasing Method

User Access: The Fordham University Administrator grants access to authorized faculty and staff in various departments. Each user gets a unique login to the CampusShip portal.

Shipping Process: From the online portal, a user can:

Create and print shipping labels from their desk.

Choose a UPS service (e.g., Next Day Air, Ground, etc.).

Enter shipment details, including the recipient's address and package information.

Request a pickup or find a nearby campus drop-off location.
