How to Request Service 

To expedite your request, please email [email protected] and include the following information: 

• Building Address  

• Building Name  

• Department  

• Room Number  

• Contact Name  

• Contact Phone Number  

• Number of shredding bins to be swapped  

Providing this information upfront will help Infoshred process your request as efficiently as possible. 

When is paper shredding service scheduled?

Services are provided on a bi-weekly, alternating schedule:

• Bronx Campus: Service is provided every other Wednesday.

• Manhattan Campus: Service is provided on the alternating Wednesdays.
