Fitness Programs and Schedules
Monday - Friday: 6 - 12 a.m.
Saturday - Sunday: 9 a.m. - 9 p.m.
The Fitness Centers at Fordham University host a variety of classes, programs, and special events throughout the year.
The fitness class schedule is updated each semester (Fall, Spring, and Summer I and II).
