Daniel R. Schorr
Adjunct Professor of Law
Dan Schorr is a former Yonkers Inspector General and criminal prosecutor in Westchester County and New York City, specializing in the prosecution of domestic violence, sex crimes, child abuse, and homicides.
He is currently a Managing Director at Kroll, where he manages a variety of complex assignments including investigations into sexual misconduct, internal investigations, asset searches, due diligence, construction quality/labor compliance, and major fraud investigations. He has appeared as a legal analyst for ABC’s Good Morning America, Fox News Channel, CNN, HLN, and elsewhere.
Dan was also previously a Vice President in the Morgan Stanley Law Division. In addition, through a grant from the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor, he taught Chinese judges and lawyers about principles of U.S. criminal justice and trial advocacy as an Adjunct Professor at Tsinghua University in Beijing, China.
