President's Open House

This is our biggest event.

Designed for high school seniors, the President's Open House at Fordham University is our most-attended, most-comprehensive and most-exciting event of the year — offered two times on Saturday, October 17, 2020, at our Lincoln Center (Manhattan) campus and once on Sunday, October 18, 2020 at our Rose Hill (Bronx) campus. See the tentative schedules. Register by clicking on one of the maroon boxes.

We've got a lot planned for you.

At Open House weekend, you'll likely see:

  • our president, Joseph M. McShane, SJ, inspiring and encouraging visitors during his always-popular welcome address;
  • 70+ professors and staff assembled together, ready to share the highlights of their programs;
  • our student ambassadors, wearing maroon Fordham lanyards, ready to tell you about their experiences and answer your questions;
  • hot dogs, knishes, and other great New York eats;
  • the Ram, our mascot, walking around taking selfies with visitors; and,
  • thousands of other high school seniors, getting excited about going to college in a world capital.

Or visit another time this fall.

If you can't attend Open House, you can come for another event. See our event calendar. We offer information sessions and tours nearly every day through November 26. If you're a high school junior, you should attend President's Fall Preview.
