Janelle L. Winston is an attorney with the National Football League. Janelle represents the NFL and its Member Clubs in labor-management disputes including litigation, arbitration, settlements, and insurance coverage. Prior to joining the NFL, Janelle was a Senior Labor Attorney with MTA-New York City Transit.

She represented New York City Transit Authority in labor-management disputes at arbitration and settlement hearings involving discipline, substance abuse, preventable accidents, and expedited arbitration cases.  

Before joining the MTA, Janelle was an Assistant District Attorney with the Office of the District Attorney-Bronx County. She was assigned to the Child Abuse and Sex crimes Bureau. She prosecuted all sexual assault cases involving both child and adult victims.

She also prosecuted all misdemeanor and felony physical abuse cases involving child victims under the age of seventeen.  Janelle has been teaching at Fordham since 2007.
