Submitting Reports
To submit a report of sexual or related misconduct, Fordham provides different reporting options below.
All Fordham University community members have the right to make a report to the Title IX Coordinator, the Department of Public Safety, local law enforcement, and/or state police, or choose not to report; to be protected by the University from retaliation for reporting an incident; and to receive assistance and resources from the University.

The Title IX Office can receive reports of sexual and related misconduct during business hours. The individuals in the Title IX Office possess extensive experience and training in assisting individuals who have experienced sexual and related misconduct.
2. Public Safety (Reporting Any Time of the Day or Night)
The Department of Public Safety (DPS) can receive reports of sexual and related misconduct at any time. DPS is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

If necessary, calls made to the Department of Public Safety on any of the campuses will be routed to the appropriate campus.
Fordham Community Members: The phone number for the Department of Public Safety/Security can be found on the back of the Fordham University identification card that the University issued to you as well as in the Fordham application for Electronic IDs.

Individuals who possess a Fordham Access IT ID may use that ID to submit a Public Safety Online Report. These reports will not receive an immediate response from the Department of Public Safety or emergency responders. The Public Safety Online Report is not a confidential report - the ID associated with the report will be kept on file by the University. However, the University will maintain the reporting individual’s privacy to the greatest extent possible.

All complaints are submitted centrally to the Department of Public Safety after submission to the Assistant Senior Director & Director of Student Affairs of Fordham London. All reports, regardless of location or time zone, may also be brought to both the New York-based Title IX Coordinator at +1-718-817-3112 and the Department of Public Safety at +1-718-817-2222.
