Dan Evans

Adjunct Professor of Law

Dan Evans is a Partner and Co-Head of the Real Estate Finance Practice Group at Seyfarth Shaw LLP. He represents members of the lending and borrowing communities across all aspects of commercial real estate finance, from loan originations and loan sales, to workouts and restructurings. His work emphasizes the structuring and closing of mortgage, mezzanine, and preferred equity transactions, including capital markets, interim/bridge, construction, and balance sheet loans, across the United States.
