Kathleen Fay is a reference and law practice technology librarian at Fordham’s Maloney Law Library.  She obtained her law degree from Fordham Law in ‘96 while working in legal publishing. Kathleen practiced complex commercial litigation at mid-sized and large firms in New York as an associate and staff attorney prior to joining Fordham Law in 2024.

She developed and taught various courses relating to Law & Technology as an adjunct professor for several years at the Stevens Institute of Technology and other MBA programs in New York.  Kathleen holds an Executive Certificate in Cybersecurity from the Harvard Kennedy School and is also an IAPP Certified Information Privacy Professional/US.
