How to Use Your Parking Pass
- Daily University Parking: Your ID card or electronic ID (EID) will be activated as your parking pass—no further action is needed. Enter at the automatic gate to the left as you enter on Southern Boulevard. Place your ID next to the electronic reader located on the guard booth. Once you see the green signal, the mechanical arm will lift, and you can proceed onto campus.
- Coupon Booklet: Bring your confirmation email to pick up your booklet at the Parking Office, located next to the Public Safety office on the right side of Thebaud Hall, Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm. Coupon holders cannot use the automatic gate—enter at the main guard booth and present your coupon to the security officer.
- 24-Hour Parking: Bring your confirmation email to the Public Safety office on or after Friday, August 28, to pick up your 24-hour hangtag. Display it from your rearview mirror whenever your vehicle is parked overnight in the garage. The hangtag is nontransferable. 24-Hour Parking vehicles must park on the upper floors.
