Westchester Campus Parking

Fordham's Westchester campus at 400 Westchester Ave., West Harrison, New York, offers parking for students, faculty, administrators, and staff. Parking is available on a first-come basis for an annual fee. Rates are listed below:

Registration and Fees

Parking passes run on an annual cycle from September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2026, and must be renewed each year. Registration for the 2026–2027 year opens on August 12, 2026, at 9 am. The deadline to register is September 8, 2026.

The annual rate for employees parking at the Westchester Campus is $288.

The annual rate for students parking at the Westchester Campus is $277.

How to Apply or Renew

Log in to my.fordham.edu and go to My Apps > For Employees or For Students, and click on the parking link to complete the parking permit application form online.
Complete the form—most fields are pre-filled, but you'll need to enter a cell phone number and current vehicle information.
Submit the form. You'll see a confirmation checkmark and receive a confirmation email. Please bring a copy of the confirmation email to the Westchester Public Safety Supervisor’s office, Room 143, to pick up the hangtag on Tuesdays through Thursdays from 10 am – 5 pm and Saturdays (in September only) from 9 am to 12 noon.
The Westchester parking hangtag is to be displayed only on your rearview mirror.
Vehicles without a visible hangtag will not be permitted to use the parking facilities.

Payment

Employees will have their fees deducted from their paychecks. Students are charged in full to their student account.

Parking Rules and Regulations

Public Safety oversight: Fordham's Department of Public Safety staff is responsible for the safety and control of campus traffic. Please comply with the directions of the Public Safety staff on duty.
Liability: The University is not liable for personal injury, vehicle damage, vandalism, or theft, and does not carry insurance covering these incidents. Keep valuables out of sight—ideally locked in the trunk—and lock all doors.
Rose Hill Library access: Students and faculty assigned to the Westchester campus may also park at Rose Hill to use the Walsh Family Library at no additional cost.
Overnight parking: Not permitted in the Westchester campus lots.
Speed limit: 15 mph on campus.
Park only in marked spaces, between the lines. Parking is restricted exclusively to designated parking slots.
No parking on campus sidewalks.
No motorcycles, mini-bikes, bicycles, or skateboarding on campus sidewalks or lawns.

Penalties for Violations

Recovery fee: $50 to reclaim an immobilized (booted) vehicle.
Vehicles blocking fire or access lanes will be booted without warning.
Vehicles without a valid Westchester campus decal will be presumed unauthorized and booted without warning.
Vehicles parked in a fire zone, restricted area, or space, on campus sidewalks, or blocking building entrances/exits will be booted without warning.
Speeding or reckless driving can result in action against the vehicle's operator or owner, including the vehicle's exclusion from campus. A replacement fee applies to obtain a new hangtag once the exclusion period ends.
